INTRODUCING

THE CLARITY
COHORT

This is for leaders who want to learn the complete Leadership Operating System alongside other women facing the same challenges. 10 weeks to lead with clarity and standards instead of guilt and overwhelm.

CLARITY
COHORT

Become a part of the cohort

How it Works

Every week for 10 weeks, we meet for 2.5 hours. I teach one element of the leadership operating system, then coach 2-3 people on real situations while everyone learns.

You also have weekly implementation assignments (you'll DO the work, not just learn about it) and then apply it to your workplace starting the very next day

Over the course of our 10 weeks together, you have access to a private community where you get to support one another. Plus you have access to our private community where you can reach out for support between classes as you implement what you're learning each week.

I want to join!

After Week 10, you spend 90 days implementing your personalized Communication Scaffold:
• Phase 1 - Foundation (Days 1-30)
• Phase 2 - Execution (Days 31-60)
• Phase 3 - Optimization (Days 61-90)
• Phase 4 - Review, refine, & make this your new normal (Days 91+)

You'll have lifetime access to all the materials as you implement.

And if you get stuck?

Cohort alumni can book the 3-month 1:1 coaching package and apply a credit of $250.

Learn the system in the cohort, then get customized support implementing it with your team.

The courses were informative, well-structured, and thoughtfully designed to make complex business concepts easy to understand and apply. I would highly recommend Debbie’s courses to any entrepreneur looking for practical, real-world tools to grow their business.

I’ve worked with over 500 leaders across 40 years. And I’ve watched the same pattern quietly dismantle them again and again.

A team member underperforms. The leader sees it. She knows the standard isn’t being met. But instead of addressing it directly, she manages feelings—hers and theirs. She rationalizes the gap. Lowers the bar. Picks up the slack.

And then finds herself working alone at 10 PM on a Saturday… resentful, exhausted, and wondering how she got here.

I know this pattern intimately because I lived it.

Here’s what most leadership coaching gets wrong: It tells you the solution is more empathy, more compassion, more “family culture.” As if caring harder will somehow make people perform better.

It won’t. I know, because I followed that playbook for years.

Frequently Asked Questions

Have a pressing question you need answered before enrolling?
We've listed out the most common questions about The Clarity Cohort. If you don't see your question, reach out to us at hello@debbielawrence.ca so we can help!

How does The Clarity Cohort work?

We meet live every week for 10 weeks, same day and time (for example, Wednesdays, 12-2:30pm ET).

Each session is 2.5 hours:
• I teach one element of the Leadership Operating System
• We do hot seat coaching (I coach 2-3 people on real situations, everyone learns)
• Group Q&A and troubleshooting
• You get a weekly implementation assignment to apply immediately

Between sessions, you implement. You use the 9+6 Delegation Formula. You have the hard conversation. You set the boundary.

In sessions, we troubleshoot around what worked, what didn't, and what to do next.

After Week 10, you spend 90 days implementing your personalized Communication Scaffold with lifetime access to all materials.

Do you assign homework?

Yes, but I don't call it homework.

After each session, you have implementation work:
• Apply the framework we just learned to your team
• Have the conversation we scripted
• Use the delegation formula with one project
• Set the boundary we practiced

Each week, you report back: What happened? What worked? What didn't? What do you need help troubleshooting?

If you don't implement between sessions, the cohort won't work. You can't learn leadership by just listening. You have to DO it.

What's hot seat coaching and how does it work?

Hot seat coaching means I coach 2-3 people live during each session while everyone else learns.

Here's how it works: You bring a real situation you're facing (an underperformer, a hard conversation you're avoiding, a delegation that failed).

I coach you through it in front of the group:
• We diagnose what's breaking down
• We apply the relevant protocol
• We script what you'll say/do
• We troubleshoot what might go wrong

Everyone learns from your situation because they're facing similar challenges.

Hot seats are voluntary. You don't have to be coached if you're not ready. But most people find them incredibly valuable—both being coached and watching others get coached.

Important: What's shared in hot seats stays in the cohort. Confidentiality is non-negotiable.

What if I need support between sessions?

You'll have access to the private community where you can:
• Ask quick questions
• Share wins
• Get encouragement from peers
• Troubleshoot challenges

I check the community regularly and respond to questions.

What the community is NOT for:
• Full coaching sessions
• Crisis management (if you need immediate support, book a Single-Session Intensive)

If you complete the cohort and want ongoing 1:1 support, cohort alumni can book:
• Alumni Tune-Up Calls
• Private 1:1 Coaching

I'm not a founder or CEO. Will this still work for me?

Yes. This works for:
• Founders and CEOs
• VPs and Directors
• Department heads
• Store or branch managers
• Team leads
• Anyone leading a team (even if it's 2-3 people)

The common thread: You're responsible for other people's performance, and it's not going well. If you manage people, this applies to you.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?

No.

Here's why: The cohort requires your commitment. If you're looking for a risk-free trial, book a Single-Session Intensive first to experience my methodology.

Once we start the cohort, I'm committed to your success. And I need you to be equally committed.
If you're not sure this is right for you, don't enroll yet. Apply and we'll meet via Zoom to discuss whether it makes sense.

What happens if I need to pause or stop?

Life happens. I get it.

If you miss 1-2 sessions: You'll receive my notes and frameworks from those weeks. You can also connect with cohort members in the community to hear what was covered.

If you need to pause for a medical/family emergency, we can discuss options. This is evaluated on a case-by-case.

If you need to stop completely, we can end your participation. You won't get a refund for remaining sessions, but we'll do a proper close-out so you have clear next steps and continued access to the materials.

What I won't do is let you disappear without communication. If you're struggling to show up, tell me. We'll figure out what you need.

How do we schedule sessions?

All 10 sessions are scheduled at the same day and time: for example, Wednesdays, 12-2:30pm ET March 5 - May 14

This creates consistency and ensures you're implementing between sessions rather than not cramming sessions together.

When you enroll, you'll receive:
• Calendar invites for all 10 sessions
• Zoom link (same link for all sessions)
• Pre-cohort prep materials
• Access to the private community

What if I need to miss a session?

Sessions are not recorded.

The Clarity Cohort is a live experience. The most powerful learning happens when you feel truly safe—and that safety comes from knowing our conversations stay in the room.

If you miss a session:
• You'll receive my detailed notes and frameworks from that week
• You can connect with cohort members in the community to hear what was covered
• You can bring questions to the next session

If you know you'll miss more than 2 sessions when you apply, this cohort might not be right for you. The value is in showing up live.

Can't commit to the schedule? Consider 1:1 coaching (flexible scheduling) or wait for the next cohort.

What time zone are sessions in?

All times are Eastern Time (ET).

For example, if the session time is Wednesdays, 12-2:30pm ET
Time zone conversions would be:
• Pacific: 9:00am-11:30am PT
• Mountain: 10:00am-12:30pm MT
• Central: 11:00am-1:30pm CT
• Atlantic (Canada): 1:00pm-3:30pm AT

If you're outside North America, check the time conversion to ensure you can attend live.

Are sessions recorded?

No. The Clarity Cohort is a live experience, not a elf-paced course.

Here's why: The most powerful learning happens when you feel truly safe—and that safety comes from knowing our conversations stay in the room.

When you know nothing is being recorded:
• You share more honestly in hot seats
• You ask the hard questions you're really thinking
• You admit what's actually happening (not the sanitized version)

What's shared in the cohort stays in the cohort. This creates the psychological safety needed for real transformation.

Will my team like me less if I use this approach?

Some might. Initially.

Here's the truth: If you've been avoiding hard conversations and absorbing everyone's work, your team is used to you being "nice." When you start setting standards, holding people accountable, and having direct conversations, some people will be uncomfortable.

But here's what really happens:
• High performers appreciate the clarity (finally, standards that matter)
• Medium performers step up (oh, she's serious now)
• Low performers complain or leave (good—they were dragging everyone down)

Six months later, your team respects you more because you're clearer. And the people who genuinely like you will still like you. They'll also respect you even more.

One participant said: "My team told me they feel more confident now. They know I'll address issues instead of letting them fester."

What happens after the cohort ends?

You have the complete Leadership Operating System and know how to use it.

You can:
• Keep using it on your own (most participants do this successfully)
• Stay connected in the alumni community
• Access your complete workbook plus the frameworks, scripts, and templates
• Book alumni support if you need it

Most participants don't need ongoing support. They learned the system, they implemented it, it works.

Some come back 6-12 months later for alumni support when they:
• Hire their next team member and want help onboarding them
• Scale to a new level and face new challenges
• Want help customizing protocols for specific situations

What's the first step?

Apply for the cohort. The application takes 5 minutes and asks questions like:
• What's your biggest leadership challenge right now?
• Why cohort vs. 1:1 coaching?
• Can you commit to attending all 10 sessions live?

I review applications within 24 hours and let you know if you're accepted.

If you're accepted: You'll get enrollment instructions and payment options.
If you're waitlisted: You'll be first in line for the next cohort.
If you're not a fit: I'll tell you honestly why and recommend what would work better.

What do I need to prepare before the first session?

Once you're enrolled, I'll send you:

Pre-cohort prep materials:
• Leadership Operating System Assessment (helps me understand where you're starting)
• Pre-work reading (sets context for Week 1)
• Community access (introduce yourself, connect with other participants)

First session prep:
• Bring one specific leadership challenge to discuss (not "I want to be better" but "Here's the conversation I'm avoiding with Alex")
• Come ready to participate (this isn't a webinar you watch—it's a cohort you engage with)

That's it. Don't overcomplicate it. Just show up ready to learn and implement.

Ready to Learn and Implement the Complete Leadership Operating System?

The women in the next cohort are navigating the same situations you are. The difference is they'll have a system for it by Week 2. You can be one of them.
