How does 1:1 coaching work?

We meet bi-weekly for 60 minutes via Zoom.

Between sessions, you implement. You have the hard conversation. You use the delegation process. You hold the line when someone pushes back.

In sessions, we troubleshoot. What worked, what didn't, what to do next.

This isn't therapy. This isn't cheerleading. This is structured implementation of components of a leadership operating system.

How do I know if I should do 3 months or a Single Session Intensive?

The general guideline is:

3 months if:
  • You have 2-3 major issues (delegation breakdown, avoiding one key conversation, need to exit one person)
  • You're generally functional but a couple of areas are broken
  • You want tactical skills more than a complete system overhaul

Single Session Intensive if:
  • People who want to experience my methodology before committing to 3 months
  • Leaders with ONE specific situation that needs immediate attention

When in doubt, start with the Single Session Intensive. Plus, you get to credit the investment towards the 3-month coaching package if you book within 7 days following your single session. And if you're not sure which you need, book a clarity call and we'll figure it out together.

What will we actually work on?

Whatever is breaking down in your leadership right now. Most clients work on:
  • Delegation (using the 9+6 Framework so work stops ending up on your plate)

Is this only for women?

No, but my methodology was designed specifically for women who've been following the "good girl" leadership playbook.

Most situations feel complicated because you don't have a clear framework for diagnosing what's actually broken.

Usually is: "I have 2-3 specific breakdowns: I'm not delegating effectively, I'm avoiding 2 hard conversations, and I've never exited anyone so underperformers stay forever"
